She's on the move

Ever since she was in the womb I noticed such a big difference between Ethan and Karissa. Ethan was always very active and his personality was very apparent even from an early age. I felt like he already has the big personality that he has now starting at 2 months old. Karissa, on the other hand, has taken a little time to blossom. And for the longest time, she had no desire to do anything but be with me. I would sit her down and she wouldn't want to play with anything. She just wanted to be on my lap or have me hold her. That's where she was happiest. Just recently she's really started to move around quite a bit more. And maybe she's growing up and curiosity kicked in, but she's been really content with playing on her own for longer periods of time. I'm so proud of her! She's 8 months here.

I'm also more curious than Ethan, who used to shove everything in his mouth. I at least like to examine it first.

I don't want to play with my own toys. I love to play with the nice crinkly water bottle and taking apart Ethan's Lego train set. And Ethan would scream "What did you do mei-mei?!?!"

I love to crawl around the living room, and I often back myself under the couch, or under the coffee table. Then I call for Mommy to come rescue me.
